Warranty procedure
All warranty service
(first year on parts and labor) on Doyon equipment should
be coordinated through the
technical service department at Doyon.
End user should call Doyon Equipment Inc with the information requested below and an accurate description of the problem. Doyon will immediately
contact the nearest authorized service agency to coordinate
a timely response.
When requesting warranty coverage or parts, please
have the following information available:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Phone number and contact person on location
Special circumstances (Refer to limited warranty)
Doyon Equipment Inc agrees to respect the warranty policy for repairs done during evenings or weekends. However, Doyon Equipment must be advised the next labor day following the repairs.
